About Your Role
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Operations and Support team. Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. You will also compile, review, and analyze data to propose solutions for improving business operations and processes, acting as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our tenants’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software and have an aptitude for data analysis. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and post-sales procedures; while maximizing the benefits our customers gain from our products.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a liaison between teams, vendors, business users, tenants, and technical teams to provide technical support and analyze data and business processes.
- Respond to tenant queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat and follow up to ensure their issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of business challenges and recommend viable solutions (e.g. Flex Rules).
- Collaborate closely with business operations and technical teams to design solutions that address needs and align with tenant goals.
- Identify tenant needs and help customers use specific features and functionalities.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform tenants about new features and functionalities and support user adoption through training and communication strategies.
- Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios.
- Gather tenant feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, technical support, business analyst, or data analytics role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Freight/logistics industry is required; EDI experience is a plus.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling tough cases.

- We work sane, sustainable, and flexible working hours. Our core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm CT with many different start and end times for each employee and time zone.
