About Your Role
The Principal Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all activities around tenant onboarding. The ideal candidate has a history of success driving value-based conversations and consulting with customers on strategic approaches to leveraging SaaS products.
What You’ll Do
- Formalize, organize, and monitor Navix implementation projects to ensure a successful go-live for all tenants. Activities include, but not limited to:
- Work with internal and external parties to define baseline, transition, and target state processes
- Coordinate activities with Navix Integration team
- Ensure all onboarding efforts are completed in a timely fashion
- Advise tenants on best practices to drive maximum value and ROI
- Leverage customer success technology tools to understand customer health and run plays to mitigate risk and churn
- Provide industry and platform expertise to help users derive valuable insights from our product
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years minimum working in a B2B SaaS environment
- An in-depth understanding of 3PL business processes, specifically managed transportation and freight brokerage
- Experience in freight payment and audit practices, general accounting principles and cash-flow management preferred
- Proven ability to navigate sophisticated Enterprise organizations to accelerate product adoption, influence collaboration, promote opportunities for growth and supporting customer change management
- Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within tenant and vendor organizations at the Executive and decision-making level
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all seniority levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance and retention goals

- We work sane, sustainable, and flexible working hours. Our core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm CT with many different start and end times for each employee and time zone.
