SOC 2 Type II attested

Navix has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination conducted by an independent CPA firm. A Type I report is a snapshot — controls reviewed on a single day. A Type II report goes further: the auditor tests whether those controls actually operated effectively over a sustained period. It’s the report enterprise security teams ask for when a platform touches invoices and payments.

That scrutiny fits the job. Navix sits in the middle of the invoice-to-payment flow for shippers, brokers, and 3PLs — carrier invoices, audit results, and payment data move through the platform every day. Customers shouldn’t have to take security on faith, and with a Type II report, they don’t have to.

What the examination tests

The Navix examination was performed against the Security criteria of the AICPA Trust Services Criteria — how access to systems and data is granted and revoked, how changes to the platform are reviewed and deployed, how incidents are detected and handled, and how third-party vendors are assessed. The auditor doesn’t ask whether policies exist. They test whether the controls ran, consistently, across the audit period.

Review the full report

The complete SOC 2 Type II report and supporting security documentation live in the Navix Trust Center. Request access with a work email — reports are shared under NDA, and most requests are turned around quickly. Security teams running a vendor assessment can pull what they need directly instead of waiting on a questionnaire cycle.
